We try and stay away from the gossip stuff on this website, but any mention of an athlete with a hot girl is just too good to pass up.
The New York Daily News is reporting that Jets rookie quarterback Mark Sanchez was seen during Super Bowl weekend with former Laguna Beach and current Hills star, Kristin Cavallari.
This kid knows exactly what he is doing. When you play in New York, you have to make your presence known and dating a reality star to the caliber of Cavallari is just the way to do that.
Mark Sanchez endured some pretty good success during his rookie season. While his regular season can be described as sub-par, it is historically difficult for a rookie quarterback to flourish in the playoffs, but he managed to do so in helping guide the New York Jets to the AFC Championship where they would lose to the eventual Super Bowl runner-up Indianapolis Colts.
Mark Sanchez understands that while the goal is to win a championship, the Jets still did some pretty good things this season and have the potential to do great things moving forward.
Rewarding himself with Cavallari instead of the Lombardi Trophy will just have to suffice for now.
